Qatar Airways Business Class Review
When it comes to flying, there’s nothing quite like the indulgent embrace of a business class cabin, especially when it’s offered by an airline renowned for its opulence and impeccable service. In this Qatar Airways business class review, I’ll be sharing my recent journey with Qatar Airways from Doha to Dublin, which was nothing short of a dream. Here’s a little sneak peek into the high-flying life in the clouds.
🍾 A Toast to Begin the Journey
From the moment we settled into our seats, the pampering began. A glass of complimentary champagne was offered to us, a lovely start that hinted at the luxurious experience that awaited. The full drink menu was a spectacle in itself, boasting a range of exquisite beverages to suit every palate, from wine to cocktails.
🍽 A Culinary Experience Above the Clouds
The food menu, featuring a 5-course tasting menu among other delectable options, promised a culinary journey like nothing we’d ever experienced on any other flight. Everything about the meal, from the presentation to the selection was excellent, turning our flight into a fine dining experience at 35,000 feet. In addition, there was also a snack bar, which provided baskets of fruit as well as other complimentary packaged snacks. This obviously added immediate bonus points to my Qatar Airways business class review.
🛌 A Peaceful Slumber in the Sky
The seat itself was incredibly comfortable, unfolding all the way out into a bed which allowed us to get a proper nights rest.
I really appreciated the thick plush blanket, soft pillow, and the serenity of the cabin overall. The tranquility made it easy to forget we were soaring through the skies.
Being that we were on an overnight flight, it was peaceful and quiet throughout the night.
🎁 A Treasure Trove of Amenities
The complimentary high-quality zip toiletries bag, differentiated with cream for the ladies and black for the men, was packed with little complimentary gifts including toothbrush, toothpaste, perfume, lotion, face cream, lip balm, eye mask, socks, and earplugs. The addition of complimentary PJs, slippers, and noise-cancelling headphones was the cherry on top.
💸 A Worthwhile Investment
With an initial flight cost of $963.53 and an upgrade of $486.77, the total cost per person came to $1,450.30 (it’s important to note that this was a connecting flight from Singapore, so the total price is a reflection of that). A price that, considering the impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and the unparalleled comfort offered, was worth every penny.
In conclusion, the experience was a solid 10/10. I can’t forget to mention the staff, who were attentive and kind, always checking in on us to see if we needed anything. So whether you’re saving travel credit card points or setting aside extra money, it’s a luxury travel experience that’s worth saving up for. Understandably, this is an indulgence, but certainly an experience that will linger in your memories long after you’ve landed.
